The specialized check-up includes special hearing and balance diagnostic tests and clinical examination.

Occupational groups include people exposed to music as well as people exposed to noise.

The most common ear problems are related to:

  • ear pain (otalgia)

  • ear wax

  • middle ear effusion (fluid in the middle ear)

  • Vertigo is also included in this category

The most common nose problems are:

  • rhinitis (runny nose, stuffy nose)

  • nosebleeds

The most frequent problems related to oropharynx and larynx are related to:

  • Sore throat

  • Tonsilitis

  • Hoarseness

An extensive medical history and a clinical examination are included.

Otomicroscopy or / and endoscopy are also included and followed by tympanogram and audiogram (if indicated)

For benign positional vertigo special maneuvers can be applied. Detailed instructions and medications are prescribed accordingly.
